Job summary

NTU is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager, HR Partnering to assist the HR Business Partner in delivering services across recruitment, lifecycle management, performance, HR operations and initiatives at the NTU Main Campus, Singapore.

You will liaise with Talent Acquisition, HR Shared Services and stakeholders to ensure timely hiring, renewals, data reporting, and policy guidance, contributing to a positive employee experience and the College's objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree with at least 3 years of experience in HR administration or related field.
• Experience in educational/research environment is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task under tight timelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience using Workday would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support HRBP in delivering HR services across recruitment, lifecycle management, performance and HR operations.
• Coordinate staff contract renewals with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
• Assist in performance management timelines, calibration, and data consolidation.
• Maintain accurate HR data and assist in reports and analytics.
• Provide HR advisory guidance on policies and processes.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and other administrative processes.
• Collaborate on HR initiatives and policy reviews with COE.
