Qualifications

• Experience in full HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
• Familiar with Singapore employment regulations and payroll processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive in employee engagement and HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, ER, performance, compensation and benefits, and offboarding.
• Provide payroll processing support and verify employee claims for accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with management to understand business needs and develop people strategies.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities: job postings, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies and initiatives in line with Singapore regulations.
• Maintain accurate HR records and update required software.
• Oversee onboarding, probation, transfers, resignations and exit processes.
• Support workforce planning, headcount budgeting and manpower management.
• Plan and organise company events, engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
