GRACE HR SOLUTIONS is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function across our construction projects in Singapore. This role partners with top management to shape HR strategy, policy, and governance while ensuring compliance with Singapore employment laws and manpower regulations.

You will oversee manpower planning, recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and performance management, driving people initiatives that support project delivery and organizational growth

Formación

• Experience in HR leadership within construction or heavy industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and manpower regulations.
• Proven track record in recruitment, payroll and performance management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the HR department and its functions.
• Partner with top management to implement HR strategies for business objectives.
• Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and performance management.
• Develop and enforce HR policies, SOPs and governance to support operations.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
