Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Strategic HR Leader to partner with the CEO and senior operations leadership across multiple restaurant locations. You will shape people strategies, drive organizational design, and optimize workforce productivity through analytics and change management.

The role requires building leadership capability, aligning HR initiatives with business goals, and delivering comprehensive HR programs across the hospitality network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in HR or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years in a related field; 5+ years as HR Manager or equivalent.
• Experience in F&B sector is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic business partner to CEO, Ops Directors, and Restaurant Managers.
• Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with vision, culture, and objectives.
• Lead HR transformation, digital HR solutions, and continuous improvement.
