Job summary

Kerry Consulting is working with an established Asian-headquartered commodities trading company to hire a Head of Human Resources. You will lead the HR function, strengthening organisational capability and supporting ongoing success in a dynamic, commercially driven environment.

Reporting to the CEO and senior leadership, you will oversee the full spectrum of HR including performance and rewards, talent management and development, recruitment, employee engagement, governance and operations.

Qualifications

• Experienced HR leader with full-spectrum HR oversight.
• Experience in energy, commodities trading or related sectors preferred.
• Commercially astute with strong influencing and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a lean HR team and advise the CEO on people matters.
• Oversee performance, rewards, talent management, recruitment, engagement, governance and operations.
• Embed HR policies and frameworks across performance management and career development.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to drive organisational effectiveness in a multinational setting.
