Job summary

Gain City is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director / Senior Manager to lead the HR team for the Gain City group of companies. You will oversee daily HR operations, manpower planning, policy reviews, and adoption of technology to support growth. Corporate admin duties will also fall under scope.

You will shape HR strategy, manage the budget, and drive engagement, performance, leadership development and succession planning across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years HR/Admin managerial experience with business partnering & change management.
• Strategic HR competencies include Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Succession Planning and Coaching.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across HR and corporate administration in partnership with business units.
• Formulate and review HR policies and SOPs to align with values and ensure legal compliance.
• Identify trends and research to adopt best practices for hiring, talent management and retention.
• Develop strategies and programmes to build an engaged, high performing workforce.
• Manage overall manpower budget for the group of companies.
• Oversee establishment of KPI-based remuneration packages.
• Spearhead corporate social responsibility initiatives.
• Oversee corporate administrative functions, including insurance-related matters.
