Job summary

Gain City is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director / Senior Manager to lead the HR team for the Gain City group of companies. You will oversee daily HR operations, manpower planning, policy reviews, and adoption of technology to support growth. Corporate admin duties will also fall under scope.

You will shape HR strategy, manage the budget, and drive engagement, performance, leadership development and succession planning across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years HR/Admin managerial experience with business partnering & change management.
• Strategic HR competencies include Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Succession Planning and Coaching.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across HR and corporate administration in partnership with business units.
• Formulate and review HR policies and SOPs to align with values and ensure legal compliance.
• Identify trends and research to adopt best practices for hiring, talent management and retention.
• Develop strategies and programmes to build an engaged, high performing workforce.
• Manage overall manpower budget for the group of companies.
• Oversee establishment of KPI-based remuneration packages.
• Spearhead corporate social responsibility initiatives.
• Oversee corporate administrative functions, including insurance-related matters.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Director / Senior Manager to lead the Human Resources (HR) team in support of the Gain City group of companies.

Beyond overseeing the daily HR operations, you will be leading manpower planning, the review of HR policies and processes, as well as adoption of technology to support the growth of the companies. You will also oversee corporate admin works.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across the full spectrum of HR and corporate administration functions, in partnership with the business units
• Formulate and review HR policies and SOPs to align with company values and business goals, and to ensure strict compliance with laws and regulations
• Identify trends and conduct research and analysis to adopt best practices for hiring, talent management and retention
• Develop strategies and programmes to build an engaged and high performing workforce
• Manage the overall manpower budget for the group of companies
• Oversee the establishment of KPI-based remuneration packages
• Spearhead corporate social responsibility initiatives

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related discipline
• A minimum of 10 years of HR/Admin managerial experience with business partnering and change management skills/experience
• Strategic HR competencies required include Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Succession Planning and Coaching
