Job summary

Gain City is seeking an experienced IT Director to lead the company’s technology strategy and digital transformation. You will oversee IT and product initiatives, drive new technologies, and ensure systems are secure, scalable and aligned with business needs.

You will guide the IT team, manage projects, and shape platforms to improve the client experience, data integrity and operational excellence. A hands-on, strategic leader who communicates well and partners across functions will thrive in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
At least 8 years in IT, software applications and cybersecurity.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop projects or product visions, goals and strategies.
Direct and establish IT product-related projects.
Monitor changes in the technology sector to discover ways the company can improve and develop.
Plan and direct the implementation of new IT systems or products.
Provide leadership to IT specialists and other staff within the company.
Create and adapt technological platforms to improve the client experience.
Troubleshoot data-related issues and establish regular maintenance.
