Job summary

Benchmark Staffing Solutions seeks a Director of HR & Corporate Services in Singapore to drive strategy across HR, corporate administration, and employee engagement, reporting to the CEO.

You will develop policies, lead recruitment, performance management, compensation, and HRIS, while ensuring compliance and governance for local and overseas operations. This is an on-site role with a five-day week in a busy corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with at least 15 years of relevant HR/administration experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
• Experience handling HR compliance matters, including tax, insurance and employment regulations.
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
• Experience handling work pass applications for foreign employees.

Responsibilities

• Develop policies and processes to improve HR & administrative efficiency.
• Lead full spectrum HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Manage compensation, benefits administration, and HR information systems with accurate record-keeping.
• Oversees HR Compliance matters such as income tax, employee insurance and statutory requirements.
• Handle work pass applications and support matters related to foreign employees.
