Job summary

EGP SMART ENERGY PTE. LTD in Singapore is seeking a Corporate Services Head of Department to oversee Human Resources and Administration, with a strong focus on HR governance and strategic leadership for a listed entity.

You will partner with the C-suite to design scalable workforce plans, manage end-to-end recruitment, oversee compensation structures, and guide day-to-day operations while implementing robust SOPs and compliance across MOM, CPF, and SGX codes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in a publicly listed company or regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws and corporate governance.
• Experience in HR strategy, SOP development and governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR and Administration functions to support business objectives.
• Lead recruitment, compensation, and performance management for listed entity.
• Develop scalable workforce plans and headcount budgets.
• Ensure compliance with MOM, SGX codes, and country laws.
