Job summary

The Fullerton Hotel Singapore is seeking a Communications support professional to assist in coordinating media relations, press releases, and promotional events. You will work with the marketing team to ensure timely distribution of news and accurate representation of the hotel's brand.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of the Communications Plan by coordinating the schedule of press releases, media advisories, promotions, and newsworthy events taking place in and around the Hotel for distribution to the appropriate media contacts.
• Support the attainment of the desired positioning of the Hotel in the local and international print and broadcast media from a communications perspective.
• Assist in the development and execution of media strategies and communications plans for marketing campaigns.
• Support the Hotel's marketing and client communications programmes, including public relations, media relations, copywriting, graphic design, collateral materials, direct mail, and website content.
• Coordinate invitations for media and key stakeholders to experience the Hotel's food and beverage offerings, wedding banquets, promotions, and MICE facilities to enhance awareness of the Hotel locally and overseas.
• Assist in coordinating site inspections and hosted food and beverage events, and follow up with post-visit communications where required.
• Maintain and update the Corporate Identity Manual and the Hotel's image library.
• Coordinate with the appointed graphic designer on the design and production of the Hotel's collateral, including press kits, sales kits, fact sheets, brochures, rate tariffs, meetings guides, in-room digital directory of services, and printed stationery.
• Coordinate the Hotel's printing requirements and vendor relationships relating to marketing and communications.
• Work closely with other departments to support promotional activities, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
