Job summary

Dorsett Singapore seeks a Public Relations & Marketing professional to lead the PR plan, promote the hotel image, and coordinate marketing activities. You will collaborate with the General Manager to manage annual budgets, craft communications strategies, and engage target audiences to boost brand awareness.

Responsibilities include managing social media campaigns, maintaining media partnerships, and organizing events and sponsorships to drive revenue.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Hospitality/Hotel Management with 3+ years in a similar role.
• Ability to plan and execute PR/marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, control, coordinate and participate in Public Relations & Marketing activities.
• Develop communications strategy to engage target audiences and grow brand awareness.
• Manage social media content and campaigns to increase engagement.
• Coordinate hotel PR programmes aligned with marketing goals.
• Build relationships with guests, media partners, travel trade and handle PR aspects.
• Organise gifts, attend events, monitor competitors and coordinate sponsorships.
• Prepare guest communications and share information with other departments.
