Job summary

24PS ST PROPERTY PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned IT lead to drive pre-opening technology efforts for a hotel. You will shape infra setup, implement systems, deploy networks, and coordinate vendor activities to ensure a smooth opening and high guest experience.

Applicants should have 5+ years in hotel IT operations, strong Opera PMS expertise, and fluency in English. This on-site role requires hands-on leadership across cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in hotel IT operations with leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Opera PMS, hospitality systems, networks, hardware, software, databases, and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT pre-opening workstream by managing technology infrastructure setup, systems implementation, network deployment, testing, user readiness, and operational launch planning.
• Coordinate installation, configuration, integration, and handover of hotel technology systems including Opera PMS, POS, telephony, TV, Wi-Fi, back-office systems, and interfaces.
• Collaborate with Corporate IT, vendors, and project teams to ensure all technology systems are fully operational and ready for opening.
• Oversee administration, maintenance, and optimisation of Opera PMS and other core hotel systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Support implementation and adoption of smart hotel technologies and digital solutions to improve operational efficiency and guest experience.
• Coordinate system upgrades, software enhancements, and resolve technical issues with vendors and corporate IT teams.
• Ensure technology security, data protection, and compliance with company standards and policies.
• Provide technical support and deliver training to hotel team members across departments to enhance system usage and knowledge.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and external partners to maintain service quality and support.
