Job summary

Talentvis Singapore Pte Ltd. is seeking a procurement professional to manage indirect spend end-to-end, including sourcing, negotiations and supplier performance. The role requires 3–6 years in procurement, with RFQ experience and strong stakeholder coordination.

The candidate will handle supplier onboarding, P2P processes and maintain comprehensive procurement records in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Singapore East.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Procurement, SCM, Business or Finance.
• 3-6 years of hands-on procurement and sourcing experience, preferably indirect procurement.
• Experience in RFQ management, supplier evaluation and commercial negotiations.
• Good understanding of procurement processes and sourcing methodologies.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, supplier management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP R3.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented and able to take ownership of assigned spend categories.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for indirect spend categories, covering sourcing, negotiation, purchase orders, delivery and supplier performance.
• Identify and qualify suppliers, develop competitive supplier pools and conduct price benchmarking.
• Manage RFQs, evaluate quotations, compare bids and recommend suitable suppliers.
• Work with internal stakeholders to define procurement requirements and deliver sourcing activities within agreed timelines.
• Manage purchase-to-pay processes, ensuring accurate and timely requisitions, approvals, purchase orders and deliveries.
• Handle supplier onboarding, performance reviews and supplier base consolidation where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, sourcing documents, supplier information and reports.
