Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree holder with related experience in hospitality procurement or purchasing.

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement across food and non-food departments.
• Review purchase requisitions and ensure proper approvals and channels.
• Ensure timely supply and manage lead times for purchases.
• Maintain AVL and supplier records, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Liaise with Accounts and Receiving to resolve invoice issues promptly.
• Negotiate price and terms to balance cost and quality.
• Monitor store inventories and ensure accurate billing and delivery details.
• Identify process improvements in procurement workflows.
