Job summary

JK RECRUITMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team. The role focuses on developing plans with assigned accounts and leading a team to drive sales and improve operations within the Shop.

The ideal candidate will build lasting relationships with key customers, monitor KPIs, and oversee contract execution, with weekend/PH work as needed to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in growing business and managing accounts.
• Ability to create and execute strategic growth plans.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop business and plans with the assigned accounts/Customers
• Design and develop strategic development strategies and plans to grow business, lead a team
• Provide assistance with implementing suggested plans and strategies
• Oversee and examine new strategy progress and development
• Educate, lead and supervise members of the business development team to ensure the business growth for the Shop.
• Investigate existing products and services and compare them with competitors
• Suggest measures for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Handle business deals operations and activities
• Oversee the implementation of different contracts
• Build, encourage and maintain long-term relationships with key Customers and prospective clients
• Achieve given KPIs and increase sales, with good knowledge in computer and AI processing
• Willing to work on weekends and PH (off-in lieu will be provided)
