You will lead innovation and digitalization initiatives, collaborating with global and regional teams to deliver impactful business outcomes, and guide cross-functional efforts across country leadership. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, market intelligence, and regional portfolio growth.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sector-specific and cross-sector trends to develop and implement targeted product and growth strategies
• Leverage customer feedback to identify and prioritize growth accelerator opportunities
• Manage relationships and collaborate effectively with global, regional, and country senior management teams
• Monitor market intelligence to maintain competitive advantage and inform strategic decisions for DSC
• Support the formulation of global growth priorities focusing on key customers, products, geographies, and sub-sectors aligned with regional plans
• Participate actively in regional sector strategy, sales, and AGS committees to influence business direction
• Lead innovation processes for new product development using First Choice methodologies, including business case creation, design, prototyping, and pilot support at site level
• Drive digitalization initiatives to accelerate business transformation
• Coordinate with internal functions to secure resources and support for growth accelerator projects
• Conduct regular performance reviews against plans and make data-driven decisions to continue or pivot initiatives
• Transition successful products to regional or solution design leadership after incubation phase
• Share best practices and promote continuous improvement by utilizing standardized tools and templates within growth accelerator initiatives
