LMA Recruitment Singapore PTE. LTD. is partnering with a leading financial services organisation to appoint a Business Development Manager to drive agency growth, adviser recruitment and productivity across the business.

This strategic role focuses on building high-performing advisory teams, strengthening recruitment and retention strategies, and working closely with agency leaders to identify and execute new growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in financial services, business development, sales leadership or recruitment.
• Strong understanding of financial advisory distribution.
• Proven track record in growing teams and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive manpower growth, adviser recruitment, retention and productivity.
• Partner with agency leaders to develop and execute business growth plans.
• Develop recruitment, incentive and retention strategies to attract and retain high-performing advisers.
• Lead onboarding, development and leadership succession initiatives.
• Analyse business and workforce trends to identify opportunities for improved performance.
• Work with internal stakeholders on strategic projects and commercial initiatives.
