Qualifications

• A recognized University Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• FAA regulatory certifications under the Financial Advisers Act (FAA) such as CMFAS Modules 5, 8, 9, 9A, HI are highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of the Financial Advisory landscape and MAS regulations in Singapore.
• Familiarity with financial products across Life Insurance, General Insurance, and Investment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard financial adviser representatives and expand the advisory network.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Operations to complete fit-and-proper checks and MAS notifications during onboarding.
• Strengthen adviser engagement, retention, and performance through coaching and enablement resources.
• Drive revenue growth via strategic sales campaigns, incentives, and production initiatives.
• Monitor distribution metrics and provide regular strategic insights to Executive Management.
• Coordinate with Product Governance and Tech teams to empower advisers with competitive product suites and digital tools.
