Job summary

Amyethyst Asia Partners in Singapore seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and deepen client relationships across its corporate services platform, including accounting, tax, payroll and corporate secretarial services.

You will develop and execute sales strategies, identify opportunities, tailor solutions for clients, and collaborate with internal business heads to deliver measurable revenue growth across Asia and international markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of business development or sales experience within professional services or corporate services.
• Proven track record of acquiring new clients, securing mandates and meeting commercial targets.
• Good understanding of corporate services, including accounting, tax, payroll and corporate secretarial services.
• Strong client engagement, relationship management and negotiation capability.
• Comfortable working with clients and stakeholders across Asia and international markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to promote corporate services across accounting, tax, payroll and corporate secretarial solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market research and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, acting as a key commercial point of contact.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations and tailored service solutions to prospective clients.
• Work closely with internal business heads to develop commercially appropriate solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across the broader service platform, including Trust & Fiduciary services.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and client developments to identify new growth opportunities.
• Maintain a strong pipeline and contribute towards agreed revenue and business growth targets.
• Support ongoing client relationship development and service satisfaction across a diverse regional and international client base.
