Job summary

Amyethyst Asia Partners seeks a Senior Manager for Capital Markets Transactions in Singapore to lead end-to-end execution of debt and structured finance mandates. You will collaborate with banks, issuers and advisers across the full lifecycle, including new issuances, amendments and restructurings.

You will mentor junior team members, oversee documentation, and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements while coordinating across Legal, Compliance and Tax teams.

Qualifications

• About 7–10 years of relevant experience in banking, corporate trust or capital markets transaction management.
• Strong knowledge of structured finance, loan administration and bond trusteeship.
• Excellent ability to analyse complex transaction structures and legal documentation.
• Proven commercial judgment, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead review and negotiation of transaction documentation across complex debt and structured finance deals.
• Ensure terms align with trustee, agency and related services.
• Assess transaction structures for feasibility, risks and approvals.
• Provide input on deal structure, mechanics and execution.
• Coordinate onboarding, documentation, execution and closing deliverables.
