Job summary

Amyethyst Asia Partners in Singapore seeks an Operations Manager to oversee governance, operational, and business support functions across its Singapore office. This broad leadership role combines client delivery, board governance, fund documentation, and internal operations.

You will work with senior management to ensure smooth client services and internal infrastructure while driving operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related discipline.
• Experience in Fund Administration, Corporate Services, Fiduciary Services, Fund Governance, or related sectors.
• Experience coordinating board meetings, governance processes, and corporate documentation.
• Good understanding of AML, KYC, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing operational workflows and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee board governance, shareholder meetings, and corporate governance activities.
• Coordinate fund onboarding, KYC, AML, and investor due diligence processes.
• Review fund documentation, governance records, and regulatory filings.
• Act as liaison between clients and external service providers.
• Monitor governance deliverables and ensure timely completion across client portfolios.
• Lead and supervise a small operations team, providing guidance and performance oversight.
• Drive operational improvements, internal policies, and process enhancements.
• Support regulatory compliance and governance framework implementation.
• Oversee internal operational functions including billing, invoicing, vendor management, and office administration.
• Partner with technology and cybersecurity vendors on systems, infrastructure, and licence management.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Accounting, or related discipline
