You will build relationships, identify opportunities, develop partnerships, and convert leads into clients, working closely with senior leadership to drive revenue growth. The role combines sales leadership, business development, client relations, and marketing, with autonomy and ownership over growth

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with individual and corporate clients.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, corporate contacts, and partners.
• Lead partnership discussions and negotiate commercial arrangements.
• Represent Voyage Consultants at events and meetings to strengthen brand presence.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead to onboarding and closing engagements.
• Provide regular updates on sales performance and market opportunities.
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives to increase visibility and generate qualified leads.
