Dieselmech Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Sales Director to lead the sales strategy for marine, ship repair and industrial engineering services across Singapore and regional markets.

The role requires a hands-on commercial leader with strong industry relationships, technical-commercial understanding, and a proven ability to convert opportunities into profitable contracts in a growth-oriented business.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; Mandarin proficiency is essential.
• Minimum 5 years in sales, business development or commercial roles in marine/industrial sectors.
• Experience engaging with Asian shipowners and regional market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute annual sales strategy, budgets, and KPIs.
• Identify new revenue streams and regional expansion, especially in Asia.
• Lead bid proposals, tenders, and service agreements with cross-functional teams.
• Manage key accounts and build senior-level customer relationships.
• Coach and lead the sales team to achieve targets.
