Job summary

Cycle & Carriage Singapore is seeking a capable sales leader to drive a designated sales team to achieve growth and exceptional customer service. You will coach the team on sales tactics, targets and closures, while maintaining integrity and collaboration across the organization.

You will participate in pricing and product strategies, build the customer database, explore untapped segments, and work with Marketing to promote campaigns.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales and team management.
• Track record in any industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead a designated sales team to achieve targets and deliver service excellence.
• Coach the team on sales tactics, performance and closures.
• Formulate pricing and product strategies with the marketing team.
• Build and maintain the customer database and pursue untapped segments.
