Job summary

Emmes is seeking a Director of Business Development for CRO services and software solutions. This remote role requires residency in Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, or China with travel to customer sites.

You will lead new business development, build strategic accounts, and integrate CRO services with technology platforms to drive growth. You will engage senior stakeholders across pharma, biotech, government, and healthcare, shaping strategic directions and partnership opportunities while working

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, Technology, or related field.
• MBA, MS, MPH or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years in business development, sales, or commercial leadership.
• Track record selling CRO services, clinical technology platforms, SaaS, AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience influencing executive decision-makers in biotech, pharma, government, or healthcare.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by securing new customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Meet or exceed annual sales, bookings, and revenue targets.
• Lead cross-functional pursuit teams and manage CRM pipeline.
• Develop strategic account plans and executive-level engagements.
• Position integrated CRO services and software solutions to clients.
