Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Group Head of Finance to lead the Group Finance team and oversee all finance functions.

You will ensure accuracy of reporting and compliance with accounting standards. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, SGX announcements, budgeting, cash flow, and overseeing due diligence on investments and acquisitions; you will collaborate with auditors and boards to drive strategic value.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification required (CPA, CA or ACCA).
• Minimum 5 years in senior finance leadership roles.
• Experience with SGX-listed company finance functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group Finance team and oversee all finance functions.
• Oversee preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Prepare SGX announcements and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with external auditors, bankers, and legal advisers.
• Lead investment and acquisition projects, including due diligence.
• Develop financial models and feasibility studies for projects.
