Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Financial Controller to lead the Group's finance and accounting functions, ensuring SGX compliance and robust financial reporting. You will oversee treasury, taxation, budgeting, and governance, coordinating with auditors, banks and advisers.

The role emphasizes investment transactions, financial due diligence, and project financing within a listed-company environment, including reporting to the Board.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in senior finance or financial management roles.
• Experience in SGX-listed companies, including listed-company financial reporting, SGX announcements and corporate exercises.
• Demonstrated experience in investment, acquisition and financing transactions within a listed-company environment.
• Experience in project or asset acquisitions, including the injection or integration of acquired projects or assets into a listed company, is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Group's finance and accounting functions, including financial reporting, treasury, taxation, auditing, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, Board papers and SGX announcements in accordance with applicable reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with SGX listing rules, statutory requirements and corporate governance standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, legal advisers and other professional parties on financial, regulatory and corporate matters.
• Manage the financial aspects of investment and acquisition transactions, including financial due diligence, valuation, transaction modelling, deal structuring, financing and execution.
• Support the acquisition and integration of projects or assets into the listed company, including financial structuring, funding arrangements and corporate exercises.
• Evaluate financing options for major projects and acquisitions, including debt financing, equity financing and alternative funding structures.
• Conduct financial modelling, feasibility studies and investment analyses, including ROI, IRR, NPV, sensitivity analysis and scenario planning.
• Monitor project and investment performance against approved budgets, financial projections and target returns.
• Assess financial, investment, funding and transaction risks, and implement appropriate risk mitigation measures.
• Present financial performance, investment evaluations and transaction updates to the Chairman, CEO and Board.
• Undertake Company Secretary duties, including statutory filings, corporate records and compliance with applicable corporate governance requirements.
