Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Financial Controller in Singapore to lead the Group Finance team and oversee accounting, treasury, taxation, audit, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow for a listed company.

You will ensure timely financial statements, management and Board reports, and SGX announcements, while liaising with auditors, bankers, and legal advisers. The role covers end-to-end investment and acquisition projects, financing structuring, financial modelling, and risk

Qualifications

• Qualified in accounting/finance with CPA/CA/ACCA or equivalent.
• At least 5 years in senior financial management.
• Strong SGX reporting, announcements, and corporate exercises.
• Experience in investment, acquisition, and financing for listed companies.
• Experience in integrating acquired assets into listed companies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group Finance team across accounting, treasury, tax, audit, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
• Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, management and board reports, and SGX announcements.
• Prepare and review SGX announcements and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, and legal advisers.
• Oversee investment and acquisition projects from evaluation to deal execution.
• Support acquisitions and project injections into the listed company.
• Develop financing structures for large projects and acquisitions.
• Perform financial modelling, ROI, IRR, NPV, sensitivity analysis.
• Monitor investments against budget and target returns.
• Identify risks and propose mitigations.
• Provide updates to Chairman, CEO, and Board.
• Serve as Company Secretary and ensure governance compliance.
