Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. seeks a Financial Controller to lead the Group Finance team and oversee finance, accounting, treasury, taxation, and audit.

You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow while ensuring timely financial statements and SGX disclosures. Responsibilities include driving merger and acquisition financings, liaising with auditors and bankers, and developing financing structures for large projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• CPA/CA/ACCA or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior finance role.
• Strong SGX experience: reporting, announcements, corporate exercises.
• Experience in investment, acquisition, and financing within a listed company.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Group Finance team and oversee full spectrum of finance, accounting, treasury, taxation, audit, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, management reports, Board reports, and SGX announcements.
• Prepare and review SGX announcements and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, lawyers, and other professionals.
• Drive end-to-end financial aspects of major investment and acquisition projects.
