Job summary

PRO BONO SG in Outram, Singapore is seeking a Manager (Grants and Partnerships) to lead the grants portfolio, grow institutional funding and build strategic partnerships. This full-time, on-site role offers opportunities for impact and career growth.

You will manage the full grant lifecycle, coordinate with programme, finance and communications teams, ensure timely reports, and nurture relationships with funders and partners to advance PBSG’s mission.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business & Management, Mass Communications, Public Policy, Community Development or a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in grants, fundraising, partnerships, business development or a related field.
• Proven experience in grant proposal development, reporting and stakeholder management.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and take ownership of deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue grant opportunities from government agencies, foundations and funding bodies to meet targets.
• Coordinate inputs from programme, finance and other teams to develop grant proposals, budgets and narratives.
• Maintain the organisation-wide grants tracker with applications, grants, deliverables and deadlines.
• Monitor active grants for purpose, funding terms, milestones and reporting requirements.
• Track grant-related actions and ensure timely submissions with relevant teams.
• Prepare interim and final grant reports, gathering outcomes and financial information.
• Maintain regular engagement with funders and support renewal discussions.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with corporations, foundations and institutions for funding and collaboration.
• Support diversification of funding streams and alignment with donor relations strategies.
• Collaborate with Communications and Volunteer Engagement teams to leverage partnerships and events.
