Job summary

Pro Bono SG is seeking a Manager (Grants and Partnerships) to drive PBSG’s grants portfolio and grow institutional funding. You will coordinate the full grant lifecycle from identifying opportunities to reporting, while building strategic partnerships with corporations, foundations, and government bodies.

You will collaborate with programme, finance, communications and volunteer teams to translate PBSG’s programmes and impact into compelling funding opportunities and ensure compliance across all

Qualifications

• Proven grant proposal development experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams for budgets and narratives.
• Strong reporting and compliance mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and ownership of deliverables.
• Experience with CRM or grant management systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage PBSG's grants portfolio across the lifecycle.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with corporations, foundations, and institutions.
• Support fundraising strategy and diversification of funding streams.
• Coordinate events and partnerships to increase PBSG visibility and funding.
• Maintain accurate records of donations, grants, and partnerships in CRM.
• Collaborate with teams to prepare proposals, budgets and reports.
• Represent PBSG at meetings and build long-term funder engagement.
