Oceanic Link PTE LTD is seeking a Procurement & Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end supply chain activities. Responsibilities include sourcing vendors, issuing POs, negotiating terms, and coordinating global freight with 3PLs.

You will also oversee inventory levels, coordinate warehouse activities, and handle RTV processes to ensure smooth operations. Strong ERP and Excel skills are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in procurement, purchasing or freight forwarding/logistics management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Odoo).
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Responsabilidades

• Sourcing & Procurement: onboard reliable vendors, issue POs, negotiate terms.
• Warehouse/Store & Logistics: coordinate freight, review shipments, assist local delivery.
• Inventory Control & Warehouse Coordination: monitor stock, verify counts, manage RTV processes.
