Job summary

PURITEC TECHNOLOGIES (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a procurement and logistics professional to execute end-to-end operations, coordinate international shipments, and ensure cost-effective delivery across sea, air, and land.

The role requires strong understanding of Incoterms, customs, and freight documentation, plus excellent communication and problem-solving skills to support continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related discipline.
Experience in international shipping, logistics, freight forwarding or import/export.
Experience in semiconductor, engineering, EPC, healthcare or manufacturing is a plus.
Strong knowledge of international trade, Incoterms, customs procedures, and shipping docs.
Experience coordinating regional or global shipments.
Excellent communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Detail‑oriented, proactive and independent worker.
Team player with integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end procurement operations according to Procurement Policy and Procedures.
Coordinate international logistics, customer service, and shipments for timely delivery.
Handle import/export operations and multi-modal transport (sea, air, land).
Oversee import/export activities, customs compliance, freight management, docs, and logistics coordination across all entities, external providers, and internal cross-functional departments.
Monitor shipment status and resolve logistics issues; provide updates to stakeholders.
Support supply chain improvement through standardisation, digitalisation, and continuous improvement.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
