Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Compliance & Operations professional in Singapore to manage regulatory compliance and governance for companies and funds, ensuring risk controls and timely reporting.

You will document new incorporations, maintain books and records, review agreements, manage fund transactions, and coordinate Board/IC meetings while staying updated on regulatory changes and conducting staff trainings.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business or Accounting.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in administration and operations; experience in regulatory compliance or internal audit is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to proactively identify and address client and product needs or issues.
• Effective team player with a willingness to collaborate and assist colleagues.
• High sense of urgency and proficient time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Support the documentation of new incorporations and fund establishments, as well as ongoing maintenance of companies and funds.
• Review subscription and redemption agreements; maintain accurate books and records for companies and funds.
• Manage fund subscriptions and redemptions; coordinate Board and Investment Committee meetings, including minutes and resolutions.
• Maintain relationships with banks and brokerages, including opening accounts and addressing queries.
• Oversee IT providers to implement necessary security features and backup solutions, as well as maintain websites.
• Manage transactions involving real assets, including purchase, sale, and inventory maintenance.
• Assist in new client onboarding and conduct reviews of existing clients focusing on KYC/AML/CFT/SOW/SOF.
• Prepare and submit regular regulatory reports to relevant authorities and develop a risk management framework compliant with industry best practices.
• Continuously monitor regulatory updates and assess potential risks, implementing strategies to ensure operational excellence.
• Conduct internal compliance training and manage the training schedule for staff.
