You will coordinate with process owners and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate governance records and timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, banking and finance or related discipline.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Experience in governance, operations, risk, compliance, or related function.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and follow up on actions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and review governance records, SOPs, and guidelines.
• Coordinate with process owners to reflect changes in processes.
• Maintain central repositories with version control of governance documents.
• Track process reviews, governance requirements, and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate recurring governance reporting and data collection from teams.
• Keep reporting calendars and trackers up to date.
• Prepare materials for management and governance forums.
• Coordinate user access administration and reviews across platforms.
• Maintain records of access approvals and exceptions.
• Track governance issues and remediation activities.
• Provide evidence for internal governance, audit, and compliance reviews.
• Promote consistent governance practices and operational discipline.
