Job summary

IMPACT CAPITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Compliance Executive to assist the Head of Compliance in running the firm's ongoing regulatory programme.

You will implement and maintain the Compliance Manual, coordinate quarterly reviews, track obligations and keep compliance registers current. This role also supports Fund Operations on fund documentation, investor onboarding and entity governance.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in compliance, legal or paralegal roles at a fund manager or financial institution.
• Working knowledge of MAS regulatory framework for fund management and AML/CFT requirements.
• Hands-on experience maintaining compliance registers, monitoring checklists or regulatory calendars.
• Familiarity with fund documents (subscription documents, side letters) and Singapore corporate housekeeping.
• Diploma or degree in law, finance, business or related field, or a recognised paralegal/compliance qualification.
• Strong Excel and Word skills; able to build trackers and prepare status reports.
• Excellent attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and upkeep of the Compliance Manual (V2.0); roll-out to staff and attestations.
• Track regulatory changes and flag required updates to policies or procedures.
• Help organise compliance training and maintain training/attestation records.
• Maintain regulatory obligations register and oversee MAS returns, notifications and deadlines.
• Run quarterly compliance reviews with checklists, sample testing and evidence collection.
• Carry out routine monitoring such as personal account dealing pre-clearance, holdings declarations and KYC reviews.
• Keep compliance registers complete and current (conflicts, gifts, breaches, complaints, outsourcing).
• Log findings from reviews and audits; assign owners and deadlines, track to closure.
• Prepare compliance status reports for Head of Compliance, management and board.
• Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections with documents.
