Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an FP&A professional to prepare and analyse financial reports across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to gather inputs for budgets and forecasts, perform variance and profitability analyses, and support the creation of business cases and financial models for stakeholders. Strong data visualisation skills and familiarity with financial modelling are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Exposure to financial modelling and data visualisation tools will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial reports, including monthly, quarterly and annual management reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.
• Assist in the preparation and management of annual budgets and periodic forecasts by working closely with various departments to gather inputs and provide financial guidance.
• Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis and profitability analysis, to identify key business drivers and provide actionable insights.
• Support the preparation of business cases, financial models and management presentations for key stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain and update financial databases and reporting systems.
• Support adhoc financial projects and analysis as required.
