Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of FP&A, financial accounting or related finance experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and management reporting skills.
• Knowledge of data analytics or visualization tools is a plus.
• High integrity, responsibility and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budget planning and regular financial forecasting for management decision-making.
• Prepare timely financial and management reports for key stakeholders.
• Perform variance analysis comparing actuals to budgets and forecasts.
• Support FP&A activities across departments and functions.
• Review investment proposals for financial risks and impacts.
• Provide financial support for digital transformation and projects.
• Assess internal processes to identify financial and operational risks.
• Suggest improvements to strengthen controls, governance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on finance initiatives.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
