Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Business.
• Experience in FP&A, financial planning, budgeting, management reporting, business partnering, costing, or related finance functions.
• Healthcare or public sector experience is advantageous.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into insights.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management with finance and non-finance.
• Comfortable working with financial systems, large datasets, financial models, and process improvement.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative and commercially minded, focused on business performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual budgeting, financial forecasting, business planning, and performance review.
• Analyze financial results, trends, and KPIs to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support pricing analyses for service fees; prepare analysis and documentation.
• Evaluate services, business cases, and strategic initiatives via financial modelling and cost-benefit analysis.
• Develop and maintain costing models to support operational services and planning.
• Contribute to finance systems implementation and improvements.
• Review billing-related data for accuracy and completeness.
• Participate in UAT and system testing for finance-related enhancements.
• Prepare scenarios, simulations, and ad hoc reports for strategic planning.
• Identify opportunities to streamline finance processes and improve reporting quality.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across functions; provide financial guidance.
