Recruit Fast Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced FP&A leader to drive financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting across markets. You will partner with business leaders to uncover profitability improvements and operational control, supporting strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.

You will build robust models, monitor commercial objectives, and collaborate with Directors to optimize pipelines and client profitability while ensuring governance and strong cost management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
• CA, CPA, CFA, ACCA, or CIMA certification preferred.
• 5–7 years in financial analysis, FP&A, or commercial finance in FMCG/retail/production sectors.
• Strong financial modelling and profitability analysis experience.
• Experience budgeting, rolling forecasts, and monthly variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas).
• BI/visualization tools experience (Tableau/Power BI).
• Solid accounting principles and management reporting knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Lead financial insights across products, brands, and markets to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with directors to monitor commercial objectives, pipelines, and profitability.
• Develop advanced financial models and profitability assessments for new launches.
• Manage budgets and rolling forecasts for sales and selling expenses.
• Analyze monthly variances, explain risks, and control costs.
• Coordinate with Legal and Directors to oversee customer agreements and incentives.
