Job summary

Foundation Healthcare is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Finance & Investor Relations to steer forward-looking financial strategy, forecasting and performance analysis. The role centers on strategic planning, decision support, budgeting and modelling to enable informed business decisions.

You will build out our Investor Relations function and enhance the company’s profile with the capital markets, partnering with senior leadership to align financial goals with business strategy.

Qualifications

• At least 6–10 years of relevant finance experience in strategic finance and FP&A.
• Prior experience in investment banking, equity research or buy-side investments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning and Decision Support with senior leadership alignment.
• Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Modelling across business units.
• Performance monitoring with clear dashboards for executives.
• Develop Investor Relations program and market communications.
• Build integrated financial models from scratch and improve processes.
