Job summary

Healthway Medical Group in Singapore is seeking a highly motivated FP&A Senior/Manager to drive strategic financial decisions through analysis, planning, and performance management. You will partner with senior leadership to support growth, M&A activities, and operational excellence across the organization.

You will lead budget, forecasts and long-term projections, develop financial models, deliver insightful management reports, and champion automation and data analytics using Power BI and Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in FP&A, corporate finance or management reporting.
• Experience in healthcare industry advantageous.
• Proficient in Power BI, Excel and financial modelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the budget, forecast, and long-term projections exercise.
• Deliver accurate, timely management reports for leadership decisions.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate performance.
• Support M&A evaluation, due diligence, and post-merger activities.
• Drive automation and data analytics to improve forecasting and reporting.
