Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Finance Manager – FP&A / Finance Business Partnering to support a large, dynamic business function in Singapore. The role focuses on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and insightful business partnering with senior stakeholders.

You will lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts and monthly management reporting, monitor performance against targets, and identify cost-saving opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant finance experience.
• Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and business partnering.
• Understanding of accounting standards and financial systems.
• Strong analytical, commercial and problem-solving skills.
• Experience evaluating business cases and financial assumptions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and monthly management reporting.
• Monitor performance against targets and provide variance analysis.
• Track KPIs and provide insights to support decisions.
• Analyse expenses, cost drivers and financial trends.
• Identify cost-saving and cost-avoidance opportunities.
• Support business cases, financial assumptions and investment proposals.
• Analyse depreciation trends and support forecasts.
• Evaluate vendors, projects and initiatives.
• Monitor project spending and ensure timely recognition.
• Ensure timely financial and management reporting.
• Collaborate with leaders to improve financial performance and cost optimisation.
• Support new business and tech-related initiatives.
