Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a finance professional to join a collaborative team supporting strategic financial initiatives, budgeting, costing, and business performance analysis in a dynamic environment.

You will partner with stakeholders to drive financial decisions, improve processes, and contribute to impactful projects. The role emphasizes FP&A, pro forma planning, and performance measurement within a healthcare/public sector context where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Experience in FP&A, budgeting, management reporting, or costing.
• Healthcare or public sector experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset with stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable with large datasets and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis.
• Prepare financial projections and analyse performance trends for decision-making.
• Manage annual review of service pricing and fee revisions with supporting docs.
• Partner with stakeholders to evaluate new services and business proposals financially.
• Support finance system implementation and cost modelling for services.
• Review billing data and assist with data validation and testing.
• Participate in UAT for finance and billing system enhancements.
• Perform financial simulations and ad hoc analyses to support policy initiatives.
