Job summary

Healthway Medical Group in Singapore is seeking a highly motivated FP&A Senior/Manager to drive strategic financial decisions through analysis, planning, and performance management. You will partner with senior leadership to support growth, M&A activities, and operational excellence across the organization.

You will lead budget, forecasts and long-term projections, develop financial models, deliver insightful management reports, and champion automation and data analytics using Power BI and Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in FP&A, corporate finance or management reporting.
• Experience in healthcare industry advantageous.
• Proficient in Power BI, Excel and financial modelling.

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical FP&A Senior/Manager to join our dynamic team. This role plays a key part in driving strategic business decisions through financial insights, data analytics, and performance management. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to support business growth, M&A activities, and operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead the budget, forecast, and long-term financial projections exercise.
• Deliver accurate, timely, and insightful management reports for leadership decision-making.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate business performance and new initiatives.

Business Partnering & Data Analytics

• Collaborate with business units to provide financial insights that support growth and profitability.
• Translate data into meaningful business intelligence using Power BIand other analytical tools.
• Identify key performance trends, cost drivers, and opportunities for process improvement.

Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Support

• Support M&A evaluation, due diligence, and post-merger integration activities.
• Prepare valuation models, sensitivity analysis, and investment proposals for management review.

Process Enhancement

• Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting, data accuracy, and analytical capability.
• Implement automation and digital tools to enhance forecasting and reporting efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
• Postgraduate or professional qualifications (e.g. CPA, CFA, MBA) will be an advantage.

Experience

• At least 5 years of relevant experiencein FP&A, corporate finance, or management reporting.
• Prior exposure to the healthcare industrywill be advantageous.
• Proficient in Power BI, Excel, and financial modelling tools.
