Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional qualifications (CA/CPA/ACCA) advantageous.
Minimum 8–10 years FP&A, planning or reporting experience.
Strong ability to analyse financial data and drivers.
Experience with integrated financial management concepts.

Responsibilities

Own monthly financial performance reviews across Sephora SEA.
Provide integrated financial oversight by consolidating P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
Partner with country finance and SSC teams to ensure data reliability.
Lead forecasting, budgeting, and planning cycles with clear governance.
Support regional initiatives with finance input and actionable insights.
