Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
- Professional qualification such as CA/CPA/ACCA is advantageous.
- 5 to 7 years of FP&A, planning or related finance experience.
- Strong forecasting, budgeting and reporting skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate forecasting, budgeting and planning across SEAO.
- Consolidate inputs into regional forecasts and budgets.
- Support variance analysis, risks, opportunities and commentary.
- Maintain planning models and reporting tools for cycles.
- Analyze performance and provide actionable financial insights.
- Prepare integrated P&L, balance sheet and cash flow analyses.
- Support management discussions and planning reviews.
- Collaborate with Country/Regional/Global Finance and Shared Services.
