Sephora SEA’s omni channel business spans over 8 countries (Australia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand) with 100+ stores and boasts some global flagships such as ION and Raffles City in Singapore, F88 in Kuala Lumpur and Pitt Street in Sydney. Manager, FP&A and Integrated Financial Oversight
The FP&A and Integrated Financial Oversight pillar strengthens planning discipline, management reporting and integrated financial management across SEAO. The team drives performance visibility, forecasting governance and decision support, partnering closely with country finance teams, regional stakeholders, Global Finance and Shared Services to support operational stability and sustainable growth.
The Manager, FP&A and Integrated Financial Oversight is accountable for financial planning, management reporting and integrated financial management across SEAO, ensuring reliable performance visibility, forecasting discipline and leadership-ready insights. Working closely with the FP&A Director, country finance teams, regional stakeholders, Global Finance and SSC, the role supports informed decision‑making, operational stability and sustainable growth.

Controlling and Integrated Financial Oversight
- Owning the monthly financial performance review process, ensuring timely, accurate and meaningful management reporting across SEAO
- Providing integrated financial oversight (integrating P&L, BS, NWC) by consolidating financial performance, identifying key movements and ensuring clear explanations of actuals versus budget, forecast and prior year
- Partnering with country finance and SSC teams to ensure completeness, consistency and reliability of financial data used for reporting and decision‑making
- Monitoring financial risks, reporting gaps and material variances, escalating issues early and coordinating corrective actions
Forecasting and Planning
- Leading forecasting, budgeting and planning cycles, including timelines, assumptions, deliverables, consolidation, review materials and submission requirements
- Establishing a clear operating rhythm for planning milestones, reporting routines, review forums and escalation mechanisms
- Setting planning guidance and governance for country finance teams and regional stakeholders to ensure consistency, comparability and alignment with business priorities
- Consolidating financial plans into leadership‑ready outputs, including bridges, variance analysis, risks, opportunities and decision points
- Ensuring planning output reflects an integrated view of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, operational drivers and cross-functional dependencies
Business Partnering and Project Support
- Supporting senior stakeholder discussions on integrated financial performance, translating results and planning assumptions into actionable insights for regional leadership
- Providing finance input for regional initiatives requiring finance support, ensuring clear prioritisation, governance, stakeholder alignment and timely contribution from the finance team
- Championing a stable, insight‑led and partner‑driven operating rhythm for the pillar
- Supporting projects requiring finance involvement by coordinating inputs, preparing analysis, tracking actions and contributing a clear finance perspective
Teamwork and Collaboration
- Building effective working relationships with Global / Regional / Country Finance and SSC stakeholders, ensuring timely follow‑through on financial queries and actions
- Working closely with the Assistant Manager to align priorities, timelines and deliverables across controlling, forecasting, planning and reporting activities
- Communicating risks, dependencies and supporting needs clearly and contributing to a collaborative, partner‑oriented team culture

- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline
- A professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent would be advantageous
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial planning, management reporting or related finance roles
- Solid experience in forecasting, budgeting, financial planning and performance management
- Proven ability to analyse and interpret complex financial information, identify key drivers and provide actionable insights to support decision‑making
- Strong understanding of integrated financial management, including the interdependencies between profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow and operational performance drivers
- Experience supporting planning and reporting cycles across multiple stakeholders, markets or business units, with a focus on governance, consistency and execution
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to balance accuracy with business pragmatism is critical
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP, planning systems and business intelligence tools would be an advantage
