Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd in Singapore Central is seeking a qualified finance professional to join our accounting team.

You will handle budgeting, month-end close, and financial reporting processes for local operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will also manage audit schedules, tax returns, regulatory filings, and respond to inquiries, while maintaining Navision-based workflows and Excel-based analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.
• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience; full set of accounts preferred.
• Familiar with Navision or similar accounting system.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process commission calculations for local recruitment staff and in-country representatives.
• Perform timely month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare month-end workings and accounting entries for revenue items.
• Post monthly journal entries in the accounting system.
• Prepare revenue and expense variance analyses for management reporting.
• Prepare audit schedules and relevant financial data for management reporting.
• Assist budgeting: annual templates, consolidation, and uploads.
• Support regulatory compliance, audits, and tax-related activities.
